Mark is fully insured and compliant with all regulations but more importantly he cares about his customers and his work is of the highest technical craftsmanship. I connected with MF Electrical Solutions via Checkatrade when I needed an EICR soon after moving into a new property. I also needed a few LED light / fan units installing, which Mark carried out as part of the EICR - providing an early view of the state of the wiring.
Mark did a very thorough job with the EICR, covering everything in detail, explaining his findings at the time verbally and in detail in the written report.
Mark was a pleasure to work with - from the initial communication, through his punctuality and approachable manner. I had no hesitation in engaging him for follow-on work - upgrading single -> double sockets, new socket installation, preparation for an electric hob and replacement cooker and the remediation work for the EICR findings - largely a replacement consumer unit.
It was very easy to trust Mark. So much so that I gave him access to my house to allow him to carry out a significant amount of work while we were away.
