An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a comprehensive inspection of the property’s fixed wire electrical installation. I also needed a few LED light / fan units installing, which Mark carried out as part of the EICR - providing an early view of the state of the wiring.
Mark did a very thorough job with the EICR, covering everything in detail, explaining his findings at the time verbally and in detail in the written report.
Mark was a pleasure to work with - from the initial communication, through his punctuality and approachable manner. I had no hesitation in engaging him for follow-on work - upgrading single -> double sockets, new socket installation, preparation for an electric hob and replacement cooker and the remediation work for the EICR findings - largely a replacement consumer unit.
