To secure booking dates and cover upfront costs, MF Electrical Solutions requires deposits for certain works.
1. When Deposits Are Required - Jobs over £400. - Work requiring special-order or non-returnable materials (consumer units, LED lighting, EV chargers, accessories). Multi day projects or labour exceeding one day.
2. Deposit Amounts - 20% deposit to reserve your installation date. - Upfront payment for all materials that must be ordered in advance. - Remaining balance due on completion.
3. Payment Methods - Bank transfer - Card payment
4. Cancellation & Refunds - Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booking: deposit refunded minus material costs already purchased. - Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit may be non refundable due to labour and scheduling commitments.
Terms & Conditions
1. All work is carried out by a qualified, insured, NAPITapproved electrician.
2. Materials remain the property of MF Electrical Solutions until full payment is made.
3. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may affect pricing and scheduling.
5. Deposits must be paid before any materials are ordered or dates confirmed.
