These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between MF Electrical Solutions and our customers for the provision of electrical services. By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair services in accordance with UK regulations and industry standards.
All works are carried out by qualified electricians and, where required, are certified in line with current electrical safety legislation (BS 7671 Wiring Regulations, Part P Building Regulations, etc.).
2. Quotations & Estimates
Any quotation we provide is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are based on the information provided. If additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues arise, we will notify you and provide an updated price.
Estimates are not binding and may vary depending on the actual scope of work required.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are inclusive of labour and materials unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due on completion of works (or in line with agreed staged payments).
We accept [insert payment methods, e.g. bank transfer, cash, card].
Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover lost time and scheduling.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work in the event of unforeseen circumstances, but will always provide as much notice as possible.
5. Access & Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for us to carry out our work.
Any required permissions (e.g. landlord consent, planning/building approvals) are your responsibility.
You must ensure that the work area is clear of obstructions and safe to work in.

7. Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 12-month guarantee on our workmanship unless otherwise stated.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, third-party interference, or where we have advised against certain works and the customer has insisted on proceeding.
8. Liability
We hold appropriate insurance for electrical contracting work.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of earnings, business interruption).
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us in the first instance and we will aim to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
If unresolved, you may escalate the complaint through relevant trade bodies or alternative dispute resolution schemes, where applicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
